just in case someone else has any issues.
Posting a Picture
If there is a picture you want to share with the people here on the forum and you want to include it in your message rather than attach it, do this:
1. After you have written your message, hit enter a couple of times. (makes things neat).
2. Make sure the picture you want to use is on a public web server, otherwise everyone else cant see it. There are plenty of sites that will host your pics for free. Registration is required. But if you use a forum regularly its quite handy!
The most reliable site seems to be Image Shack (http://www.imageshack.us/)
3. Register for free to have access for uploading your pics. assume ive just registered and my user name is Test.
4. Once your pic is uploaded, and you want to display it, open the picture up through your hosting site. In this case its Image Schack, so assuming our picture is called Test.jpg, and that your member name is Test --> this is how you would view it --> http://www.imageshack.us/Test/Test.jpg <--
5. Thats now the location of your pic. Return to the forum where you want to display it. Start your new post or reply, and once you are done typing, insert your your image like so:
-5.1 In your edit window, in the toolbar, right underneath the {size}&{color} dropdowns, you have a yellow pic button. This button inserts your image.
-5.2 It will insert an image tag for you. [IMG].
-5.3 Once your first image tag is there enter the location address of your picture that you copied earlier.
--> http://www.imageshack.us/Test/Test.jpg
You should have the above at the moment.
-5.4 All thats left now is to close your image tag, at the end like so .

You should have the above at the moment.
Now click on preview post to make sure everything is ok!
