hi can anyone help me ? i purchased a tornado ufs3 box about a month ago and im beggining to wonder why? ive never had so many problems in getting info on how to use it ? managed after lots of toin and froin to d/load the drivers and s/ware but the licence comes up as false? when i enter the activation strings i get a message sayin " error object not compatible with software"? is this a major problem as ive been trying for weeks to get the licence to come up as true so i can start to use the box? any help ir advice would be very welcome and greatly appreciated. thanks in anticipation, regards, adam.

Adam, I am experiencing the same problem and have continually asked for help by email and telephone messages without a single reply. I don't know what is going on as I have used my box for about 9 months but recently tried to upgrade it and now I have lost everything and nothing I do works.
There must be someone out there that can help.......PLEASE?

right, everyone is having the same problem worldwide.

its all to do with shitty ufsx site server missmatch

make sure you have registered your box on the server or the update will never find it

register your box @ http://www.ufsxhwk.com/reg.php

if you bought the box from us then select completefone as your reseller

now even when you have done this you may still have problems

as even our box is saying authentication error when you rund the update tool.

ufsx are having problems getting their update tool to talk to the registration server, this is why it is saying that its not a valid box, or not registered

try to be patient with this, as they know about the problem and are trying to fix their servers.

also emails you your box id and order number and we will contact them on your behalf too. but please do make sure you registered the box successfully first.

Hi there, I have bought UFS-3 from fonefunshop, when I use HWK Upgrade Client v.2.0.4 I've got the windows dialog box saying
Error connecting UFS:
HWK LOGIN ERROR: -3

And also log:

My problem solved. Thanks very much mate :)
I'm writing to share my experience with upgrading HWK. First I swap my Windows Vista to Windows XP (best practice these days) then I used ufs drivers from Ufs Suite Setup 3.0.4 since I've got problem with original newest Ufs Suite Setup 2.0.7 drivers. Just extract drivers from older version, and when newest 2.0.7 ask you whether to install newest usb drivers, press No. Then install Support_Suite_Setup_v02.07.000. I was trying two times with upgrading server before my HWK start to upgrade. After that I install Suite Setup v02.07.000 but it was some problem "Install Support Suite Setup 2.0.7 first". This is common problem with registry when you try to install Suite Setup 2.0.7 on fresh computers (in example after format). If your HWK is original, you did upgraded it to 2.0.7 you need to find registry file (.reg) to be able to install newest 2.0.7 otherwise you'll always have problems to install. My file was named GlobalOptions.reg, just google for it. Add this file to registry. After that.. Suite Setup 2.0.7 is working on my system without problems. Cheers
