View Full Version : how to fix "contact your service provider" on a V7

Hi :

I just bought an used V70 Motorola in USA, and i want to activate in Mexico, but when i change the original SIM for the Mexican SIM it said "Please Contact Your Service Provider", how could i fix this error, could i fix it or i need something special to fix it.

Get it unlocked mate, I don't know about USA phones, and if its possible to unlock V70 remotely.

When its unlocked though any sim card should work in it :)

if you leave the phone switch on with contact................ for about 1 hour it will then reset to enter sub code. they must have tried unlocking it with the wrong code thats all

Hi i lefted for 2 hours and dint work, after that i try to find a new network, iwith the original SIM, it fond the mex network, after that i tryed new sim , 20 mins and it ask for the sub code, thanks for the link to unlock, but i already have the code.
The sad thing its that after that i try to make a call, and the person from the other side didnt hearme, the microphone its not working, what could i do?
