I have correctly installed and connected both the USB cable and software successfully. (Although in my Device Manager the port is showing as a Modem rather than a PORT - is this normal??)
However, when I open the EasyStudio File Manager, nothing happens. I have changed the port number in the setup to every single number at a time to see if they work, and all of them just leave the status at the bottom of the file manager saying 'Offline'. I can't seem to do anything to get it to be 'Online'.
I am sure it's not a case of reinstalling because there is no specific problem - its just that it doesnt seem to be connecting. I'm not getting any error message of any kind.
I installed the E350 software - that's the phone I've got.
