iv payed + received my unlocking codes iv entered them into the phone as it says but it keeps saying 'cannot undo restriction' can some one please help me as i av no idea wot im doin wrong, PLEASE PLEASE can sum1 help me? :!:

if it is saying that the code is correct but the phone can not be done remotely so you need to send the phone to us and we will unlock it.
