Please help! I am able to upload pictures etc. but I am unable to upload MP3 music from PC to phone. Is anyone else having this problem?

firstly, make sure it is indeed in .mp3 format, and not wmv or cd track etc.
upload them to the correct folder on the phone. samsung software only allows mp3 to be uploaded to one folder, you know its the right one by highlighting the mp3 on your pc and when you highlight the correct folder, your upload arrow will turn blue and allow the transfer
