I have similar troubles with 02, usually its through low signal (signal quickly changes to 0 when i make a call). Another reason for this could be either a wrong number in your phone book (although i doubt this if it is the same for [b]All[b] numbers, or it could be due to o2 doing something to the network or the sim.

The best way you could solve this is probably by phoning 02 customer care (I aint got the number >.<)

Don't the phone companys 'kill' the connection after 90 days of inactivity?
Maybe this is whats wrong...

are you sure it hasn't been barred due to being reported lost or stolen?

like marks says sounds like its barred to me or like the other guy says maybe its just a sinal fault ive had it happen to me before not sure if it was on o2 or not though it sorted it's self out in the end

ok well this is a problem alot of ppl have been asking me.
they buy or get a free 02 online sim card and after awhile it stops working on them, they get no signal so they can o nothin with the sim card.
just take your phon, or just your sim card into your nearest 02 shop and they will fix it for you.

Hi, if you guys have a O2 card with free messages/wap/gprs your problem can be solved by topping up. With the free stuff there is a deadlline for topping up a minimum of £10 a month like mine. If you dont top up you are at risk of having it barrred - This may not be the case but jst one of the possibilitys
