Ive got my new superclip and Ive downloaded both the software and the drivers adn installed fine, the updater looks fine, my flash works perfectly aswell.
But I have a problem when I connect the superclip via USB and press enter, Windows XP says USB Device Not Recognised and say that the device has malfunctioned and it doesn't recognise it?
I've tried reinstalling the drivers and trying a different computer, but it always says the same thing.
Could the Superclip be faulty? If so, can I can fix it?
Or am I being completely blind and missing something?
any Ideas?
