have unlocked these phones before with the multi clip
got a one to do today it went into tat mode but would not unlock
tried at least 20 times but no joy
done a d600 afterwards and it unlocked straight away
any reason you know of
like new software as it was a brand new phone

tried to do another of these phones today with the multi clip
and it still wont unlock d500e

sorted it
i put a different simcard in then connected the clip
and turned the phone on
it went into tat mode then turned itself off then on
and low and behold it unlocked

dont post this, theres no need for it. i dont know if you noticed the section its posted in, this guy needed some help and thats what this forum is actually all about !!!! if you have nothing worth posting, then DON'T
