Purchased Debranding Kit D500 & Got A Problem

Hi Mark/Mick

I purchased the D500 - Debranding Software only as i already had the cable.
Downloaded fine.

Run flash prog with no problems.
Phone now unbranded.

Problem is D500 is unlocked Vodafone, Orange, Virgin.
but SEEMS locked on O2 (Limited Service)

Phone was originally on ORANGE.

As you know i also have the N-Box with HWK as purchased from you. On checking phone info KEYS 2 - 8 are 00000000, 00000000
The first Key which is KEY M is 00000000, 0

I also have the D500 unlocking Clip.
Still not unlocked on O2.

Any help please.

Hi Mark.

No not tried to change imei as firstly this is illegal in this country :)

It was on orange and all i have done is run N-BOX & HWK UNLOCK.

Then used Corona for the unbranding.

No need to change imei. Checked the number and its same as whats on back of phone. I always check this after a flash.

Then tried the clip.

Any other ideas please :(
Or a solution to re-lock it?

you have reset it on ufs this does that the debrand software dont touch it
