ihave got a plain me 2 u tatty bear wallpaper n just wundered if it was possible 2 edit it n make it a glittery 1?
if sum1 cud do this 4 me or tell me how to do it, it wud be much appreciated.

what the background glittery??

the only software i would recommend would be an uptodate paint pro software or banner maker try and do about 4 layers of dots scatterd about shine each colour to a diffrent setting then you will have a glittery affect!!
thats if you want animated you alos can just use the one layer for doing this!!
