Received one of the above clips recently and although it unlocks the phone, everytime it is turned off it needs to be unlocked again when it is turned on. I presumed that the unlock clip only needed to be used once , not everytime it is turned off !!!! Can you help please?

Thanks for the replacement which arrived very quickly - unfortunately this one doesn't work at all - I cant even get the TAT MODE - please help ......
