I purchased a virgin mobile online from their website.
I purchased it on 08/12/05,and was to recieve it the next day,but i have yet not recieved it.
I sent them an email saying that i do not want the phone now because i didn't recieve it on time and that they refund my money. I got a reply that i would recieve it yesterday[12/12/05]After waiting the whole day i still didn't recieve it.I have sent them another email but am still awaiting reply.I have been trying to contact them by phone but their lines are always busy.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem before?

I do not understand what to do next.Can anyone please give me their advise it would be highly appreciated.Thankyou.

I would call them. This is a very rare occurence. Lines generally are busy at this time of year, but hold on, they will answer. Try late night/early morning calls. If you do receive the phone and you're still very unhappy, you have 28 days in which to return and get a full refund.
