problems with total multiserver 1.98

if you get just a box comming up wit "ok" in it

reboot your pc and try it again

this is a bug in the new version 1.98

the authors know about it and are fixing it

if still struggling to get it to load up

wait a couple of days and dowload newer version when released from http://www.movitel.net/ftp/multiserver.zip

I have downloaded the latest version of multiserver and it will not install, i have dissabled my anti-virus prog, dissabled the firewall and it still wont install, i keep get a windows error message saying that " total multiserver has encountered a problem and will close"
if anyone has any ideas on how i can fix this can they please let me know as soon as possible.

by the way, im running windows xp with service pack 2.

put download file into recycle bin and download update again from previous application hopefully this sorts it

i have now managed to install multiserver on my laptop, but now when i try to unlock the W300i nothing happens!! the program doesnt freeze or anything like that is just doesnt do anything.
ive installed the correct drivers, .
can someone tell me how to check which com port my phone is on please as this might be the problem. apart from that i dont know what else to do or check, any kind of help will do.

right hand click my computer go to hardware- my devices - com ports- alsowhen using multiserver there are two tick boxes at the side - dts and rbs i think frommemory tick both of these and it will work fine.
