I pay for unlock/debrand and I get none of the two done, but credit removed!
I have p910i phone on Orange, connected OK with MultiServer, downlaoded AVR file flashed it, credit gone, the phone is still locked and with the Orange grin.
I am sure if it's supposed to work like this, is it? How to get my credit or money back?

what cable are you using
I used DSS-25, multiserver 1.98 says it does support it for unlocking, but as you said in another note, it doesn't, so I got T28 data cable from eBay (yes I know, I'll convert it to service cable before using it :-)
... just wanted to say thanks guys ...

I bought two credits to flash my P910i, I used the DSS25 which it says it supports. Running through the process it says it has done it all fine but when I start the phone back up......still the VooDooFone crap....
is there everything I should have done? Can I get my money back?
Thanks,
Marjan

as I said before the phone is in the unlocking list and I never actually realised that it is not in the debranding list. So could we continue this discussion.....
why is it not supported? Is it the DSS25 or is it the P910i?
For people in the UK the 2x 8 pounds might not be so much but here in NZ it is suddenly a bit more money relatively spoken, so if you could help me out here that would be really appreciated!!

I bought the credits from you because somebody in a forum somewhere thought you were really good, maybe I should now add a post that I dont think it is that great at all!

this is why you have the problem, so you wait until there is an update on the software
we have displayed that the model is not supported and you chose to ignore it.
maybe this is why we are great, and warn you of this, rather than not warn you.
Cant win :-(

I did not chose to ignore it that is a bit harsh!
The client software supports it, alle the files are there, the fact that you do not list it does not mean anything!
And people can make mistakes although I am not sure this was a mistake...thanks for the help and support (NOT)

the fact that we do not list it because it simply does not work. so it does matter as you have found out.
