V800 debranding

I have bought a credit for de-branding my v800 with vodafone and it said that It would make the telephone Sim free with this operation, but it didn't happen. How can we fix this problem now, cause the main idea of de-branding was to make it Sim free and when i set the other Sim card it asks me to put the right Sim card.

you need to unlock it to use other sims, which is different and needs another credit to do the job
