Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me (as I am new here).
I have a Motorola v525 which has been working fine up until about 2 months ago (I have had it for approx 15 months now).
The first time I had problems was with the mic (the person on the other end of the line couldn't hear me, but I could hear them), but that problem vanished after I switched off the phone and turned it back on again (after several goes).
The second time was at the weekend (on Sunday) when I lost network connection, but it eventually started working again in the early hours of Monday morning.
Then last night, I was talking on the phone to someone when suddenly they started sounding all fuzzy, and after I hung up (since they could not hear me anymore), I lost network connection, and the phone has said "no service" ever since.
Has anyone had similar problems ? And does anyone know how this can be fixed ? Will I need to send the phone to be fixed, or could this be a problem with the network provider (maybe they have turned down the signal strength ?)
I know it is not a problem with my SIM card, as I tried it in a different phone and it works fine.
Thanks for your help. :-)
