sharp 9o2 problem

i have aquired a 902 but i can not ring out on it or ring in but messages are fine to send out

any one have any ideas was thinking bout getting it unlocked in my local shop but not sure if they can help any one have any info on this :outstand:

you will be able to send messages till they decide to stop you
normaly after a month
