MyX-1 Unlock problem.

I bought the cables to unlock sagem one week ago. I only bought it to unlock this phone. I don,t need for nothing else. It was supose to unlock this phone, that was what I see in the specs.

When I use the software the come with the cables "Sagem Furious Calculator - ReLoaded Edition", it says "This phone version is no possible to unlock using this program".

What can I do?

what is the exact model of your phone ?

is it just an MYX-1 or is it somthing else? like MYx-1w??

if so, return the pack with your receipt, and a small covering letter, and i will unlock it, keep the pack and return it to you unlocked and a fiver to boot.

But first, can you explain me all the procedure to unlock so I can see if I am failing in some part of the process?

I allways swithc on the phone. I try with sim, with sim and pin, without sim.

When I Try to Log Phone:

Field 0: 083A35330170332323
Field 5709: N/A (EMPTY OR PROTECTED)
HashTable: 22

I´m I doing something wrong?

ok, you have logged the phone fine, this should be done as you have done it

phone on no sim

once logged hit the start button and wait for an unlock code to appear

stop the process once you have a code from the software

disconnect and insert a sim the phone will not accept yet

turn phone on and enter the code into the phone when it asks you
press ok
phone unlocked

But this "field 5709" is missing. Is it another way to get it or it must be the software when is loging in?
