imtoo3gpvideoconvertor settings required.

i am trying to work out how best to use this proggy to convert movies for my w800i.
it seems that almost anything that i try to adjust causes the conversion to fail or they wont play on the phone.
could someone please tell me the settings for.
video size(anything other than 176x144 and it always fails)
bit rate
frame rate
video codec
audio codec and bit rate.
profile,currently on 3gpp format.
anybody got any advice on how to get the best out of this proggy for dvd vob files and avi's.
alternatively is there a better proggy for these sorts of conversions as i have heard about people using nero recode although i cant get mine to shrink anywhere near small enough for my phone.
any advice much appreciated.

have now managed to convert a couple of films using imtoo3gp and quality wasnt too bad but the audio always seems to be out of sync by about a second.
is there another proggy that i can use.
