game transfer to nok 6230i help plz

ok i got me a nok 6230i and was wondering what software to use to transfer games to it i have a b/th dongle and only have nokia suite whitch wont transfer the games that i have unziped to pc i used oxygen with my old nok but it wont pick this one up all help appreciated thanx..........:dope:

i used the software that came with my phone Nok Multi media the 1 on the white cd, and i have had no problems installing games through that,

Is the game a .Jar if u got winrar installed it will just look like a normall rar file. so just open it using Nok software, and send it straight 2 ur fone it should say do u wish to install this to ur phone (or summting lyke that).

What probs u got using Nok's software??

ok m8 i got that soft in but i have been trying to transfer them while they are unziped so do i need to rar them all back up then try sending ?????????:goodjob:

i dont know if just putting them back to a Jar file will work, u might just have 2 d/l the jar file again.

ok i still cant transfer gmes to my 6230i with nok pc suite keeps saying operation failed does any1 have a game ready to send to mobby so i can make sure its not my games thanx...............or point me in the right direction

Hi, instead of using the software that came with your phone, maybe you should download the latest software and the latest drivers. Make sure you have the .JAR files in an unzipped folder. Then run applications manager and click on the folder and select the game you want to install and click the forward arrow to install into your phone.

ok m8 i have now totaly reinstalled pc suite and updated it now when i use app installer it will not read my phone contents then when i press the arrow after selectin file bar at bottom starts to fill up but when it reaches the end i keep getting operation faliure and am left with an unknown file on my phone also it is trying to install the file to my collections folder. i have tried sending the file by bluetooth only but the same thing keeps happening it transfers easily but still unknown file also i have reset phone to factory settings any 1 help me plz aaaggggggggghhhh.:ott:

use install applications of the nokia pc suite window and do it from there. it works perfect with my 6230.

u cant just send it to fone coz it only works like that on symbian fones like 6260 it needs to be installed on nokias.
