I have recently purchased one of these, but try as I might, I cannot get the accompanying software disc to run, my computer recognises the disc but will not run it. Therefore I find myself unable to install any of the necessary software for this product.
Any advice would be appreciated, in light of the lack of installation information provided with the product itself.
