About Forensic Content Extractor Dongle

Forensic Content Extractor Dongle (FCED) is a standalone software for extracting a users-content from mobile phones data dump.  FCED supports multiple manufacturers, and works especially well when it's impossible to access user data via standard usb connection using manufacturers own software.( when phone is partially or fully dead). Ideal for evidence extraction.

NOTE: This is not a tool for dumping memory from the handsets, this tool reads pre-dumped handset data, and enables you to read the info from the data.

To dump actual raw data you would need the following tools:

• UFS for Nokia and Samsung 

• SE Tool For Sony Ericsson

Advanced features include:

• Samsung S3 > Bin conversion
  
   

• Data Save Formats: CSV, VCF, full_VCF
  Received data saves in csv, vcf and full_vcf formats that can be export to MS Excel and Open Office.
  
   

• Manager
  editor/manager. Allows to edit received contacts and read/write it to phone. At present moment supports SonyEricsson and Nokia S40 only.
  
   

• Tools
  Conversation tool S-records-to-bin, bif-to-bin, extracting tfs files (Samsung Swift platform) from tfs+cfg, extracting contacts from Nokia PC Suite backup with *.nbu extension.
