When your job arrives with us in the mail, we send
you an email to let you know its arrived safely.
This email contains your unique
WORK ORDER ID NUMBER.
Enter this number below along with the last 4
digits of your phone number to check the status of your job.

have an enquiry regarding your repair / unlock status, you can chat to the
engineers directly below when they
are online.
NOTE: Our engineers are very
busy guys. Please do not keep
chatting to them because they cannot repair your phone while
talking to you at the same time :-) Just use this if you have
something important to ask.

Repair engineers can be normally found online MON-FRI 10:00am - 5:00pm GMT.
