usually available once the order has been packed, and ready for shipping. This is normally around
3-4pm Monday-Friday.

1. The order you are tracking has not
been paid for, if this is the case refer to the payment instructions on
your order email. We only ship orders that have been paid for.
2. The order has not yet been packed.
Try to be patient, all completed orders are packed and shipped. You
may have missed today's pickup time, please try again tomorrow. Please
don't be disappointed if you do not get a tracking number 5 min after you
place your order, we are quick, but not that quick ;-)
3. Your order may have been temporarily
out of stock, if this is the case, please be patient, as we get new stock
every day, so the delay will not be for too long.

Royal mail tracking is not good for our overseas customers.
It allows us to see when the goods arrive with our customer but is not
good for our customers tracking the goods in transit.
