A. How much deleted data is recovered is dependant on how much new information has been written to your phone since the data you want to recover was deleted. You might only be able to recover part of the data you need.

A. Yes, it will work but the data found is limited because the iPad does not have SMS, contacts or call logs
Q. Does the SmartPhoneRecovery Pro work with iPhones that are password protected?
A. You must have the PIN / Password for the locked phone before performing a recovery.
Q. Will your software read my erased / factory reset iPhone / iPad?
A. Yes, it will using the Mac version of our software.
Q. I can not retreive any information from the iPhone or the iTunes backup file.
A. Please ensure that you have not selected the "Encrypt Backup" option in iTunes

A. This message is displayed if the iPhone has not been registered with the copy of iTunes installed on the PC/Mac in use. Please ensure that the iPhone is unlocked when registering the iPhone with iTunes.
