What if my iPad cannot be repaired?

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the iPad may be damaged beyond repair.
If this is the case and we cannot repair the iPad, we will return your iPad to you and refund any payment made to us.
If the iPad can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
How do I use this service?
After making your order below, you will receive an order form via email, print this out.
If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.
If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.
Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your iPad off.
Wrap your iPad in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped iPad in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.
Send your iPad to us at the address below via special delivery, to ensure your iPad is delivered to us safely.
