What is new.
NCKDongle 4.6
Added to supported models Vodafone 246.
Added in server 2 factory flashes and flasher for
this model.
Buth flashes is tested for unlock.
If you have unsuported flash simple flash with flash
from support and unlock.

Alcatel easy flasher 1.5
Added code reading for "nand flash" phones like:

NCK Dongle v3.9 Released
NCK Flashtool, what's new? ALCATEL flashing support
added.
Upload default unlocked simlock zone added(usefull
for hardlocked phones).
Now must do in same step, flash and unlock phone.
Backup phone flash before use this function, backup
always is safe.
Do not rewrite backup from one phone to other, it's
wrong way and can cause dead phone.
Request in our section factory flash for phone if
not exist in support and we will upload it.
Some phones after write flash stuck on logo, need
make auto fat format after flash to solve this
problem.
Tested in ot708 and work super OK.
Added posibility to play with firmware package, add,
remove, change uploaded files, enable or disable
simlock setting e.t.c.
(located in SHOW rom info and become active after
load firmware).
Added PRD-39091-021 in nckDongle supported list.
Corected ot-217(ceco3)
Small things corected in flashtool, soon we will
