This flash pack is needed to remove network branding from any branded HTC Incredible S.
No PC Required !!
What is De-branding ?
De-branding your HTC Incredible S basically means removing awful operator firmware, and replacing it with the manufacturers original firmware. Hence converting your phone to the full spec as it was intended by the manufacturer (the way it should be). Ideal if you have just unlocked it by code and want to use new web/mms settings that wont save on branded models.
What are the benefits of De-branding ? Once your HTC Incredible S has been de-branded, you will notice all the menu systems are clearer, un-restricted, and often faster too.
We also use the latest firmware to date, which will hold improvements on your old firmware.
This often removes any software glitches that your phone previously had. Also some network firmware's prevent you from manually setting your internet homepage, debranding enables you to do this.

Because this pack uses a special memory card it doesn't need a PC or Mac to do the job, so compatibility is no problem
Instructions
we have also made many videos on our YouTube channel for our HTC Deband packs.
1. Remove battery from handset.
2. Remove memory card and sim card from handset.
3. Insert our special debrand memory card into the phone.
4. Replace battery.
5. Hold the VOLUME DOWN BUTTON down, and while holding power the phone on. This will boot the phone in H-BOOT mode
6. The handset will then check the files on the memory card.
7. once check is complete the handset will ask you if you want to start the update.
8. Select YES by pressing the VOLUME UP BUTTON.
9. Wait until process completes and phone will reboot.
10. Phone now debranded.
