The Unlock method
To unlock your phone, DM3 system is used.
The DM3 BB5 SL3 unlock method is based on in-house R&D results. It’s unique, and crafted towards the consumers’ expectations.
Advantage: The SL3 unlock is permanent. The end-result of our method is equivalent to an unlock with original Nokia code.
There is no SIM card manipulation involved.
You will be able to use your handset as if you had bought a “sim-free” phone.
You can even update its firmware, if you want to.
Advantage: We support the whole range of Nokia BB5 including SL3. It doesn’t matter if your handset is one of the latest or one of the first on the market.
Our technology unlocks them all.
This covers even the famous Nokia N97, N97 mini, 2700 etc.
You’ve already entered a wrong code 3 times? Don’t worry.
As long as your handset is otherwise OK, we can still unlock it.
To avoid misunderstandings:
We do NOT remove the user security code.
We do NOT repair handsets. If yours has some defect now, it will still have it after the unlock.
We do NOT unbar handsets that have been blacklisted by IMEI (serial number) by the networks.
All we do is to remove the SIM card restriction, sometimes called “SIM lock”, “SP lock”, or “network lock”.

By sending your phone to us for unlocking you imply that you are the legal owner of the phone, or that you have the permission of the legal owner to send the phone to us for unlocking. We can never guarantee to unlock every phone listed, if for some reason we cannot unlock your phone, your payment and phone will be returned to you guaranteed.
How do I use this service?
After making your order below, you will receive an order form via email, print this out.
If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.
If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.
Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.
Send your phone to us at the address below via special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.
