How to pack your
phone before sending it to us
-Take out your simcard and keep it
safe, as this is not needed to unlock your phone.
-Fully charge the battery and turn
your phone off.
-Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or
similar.
-Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag,
along with your completed and signed

the U6 PEBL, V3, V3i, V3r, E1 ROKR, L6, L7 SLVR, L2, E770, E1070,
M1000, V190, V235, V360, V360v, V557 will
invalidate warranty on phone, as access to sealed units is required to
unlock them.

Frequently Asked Questions About Unlocking
"Why would I want to unlock my phone?",
you may be asking, well, If you want to change network suppliers i.e. from
Orange to One2one, you would have to pay Orange in the region of £35 to do
so, basically because they don't want you to join someone else for the
obvious reason that they would lose your money!
But we're not just picking on Orange here, there are hundreds of network
operators around the globe that lock their phones onto their networks.
So, what do we do? We simply un-lock the sim locks from the phone so that
you can use any network you please - the way we think it should be!
Is it illegal? No! Unlocking phones is completely legal. Do not confuse
unlocking with unBlocking: unblocking is also known as IMEI changing, and
not something we will do
IMEI Changing, do we do it? No!
IMEI changing is illegal, so don't even bother to ask us!
How long does it take? We can send most phones back to you on the same day as receiving
them, but please phone before sending to confirm this, some phones may take
an extra day or two if they have to be sent to our workshop engineers.

There is no extra delivery charges to pay as it is included in the price.
We accept payment by Postal Orders, Cash or Credit/Debit Cards, cheques. If
you send Postal Orders please make them payable to "FoneFunShop Ltd." and if you
send credit/debit card details please ensure you give your card number -
usually 16 to 19 digits long, the card expiry date and Issue number if you
have one.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Delta but
not Visa Electron or any other cards.
Do we only un-lock U.K. phones?
We can now use our remote unlocking service to all phones worldwide.
However, we have now ceased our international unlock by post service.
