How much does it cost?

The cost to remove a security code from your phone by post is £15 Per Phone including Recorded Special delivery back to your door !!!

Our turn around time for unlocking is QUICK !!!

We reset your phone the same day it arrives to us and in most cases we post it back to you the same day too!

Step 1. Complete the Order Form, and an email containing your phone details will be emailed to you.

Step 2. Print out the email and fill in the required information, don't forget to sign it. (if you do not have a printer just write down the information we need on paper including your order number)

Once we receive your phone we will do the work and your phone will be returned the same day it arrives via Royal Mail Special Delivery

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept cheques, postal orders & Cash for this service.
If for some reason we cannot reset your phone code, although we list it, your payment will be returned with your phone.

How to pack your phone before sending it to us

-Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed to do the work.

-Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.

-Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.

-Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your completed and signed Order Form

-We recommend you send your phone special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely.
