Let´s make few things clear...
What we offer:
-Offline RECOVERY and UNLOCK for all SEMC A1 and A2 phones
(Repairs EROM/SEMCBOOT and does SECURITY AREA Rebuild)
-Any possible CID/Colour conversion
-Easy-To-Use Interface - 1-click Unlock/Repair with automatic Backup function
-Multi Language User-Interface (we support now 5 languages, ANY other can be added)

PDA and S1 Phones are not yet supported, but we are working on that...
(If it will be released free or by Credits, depends on Market situation at that time)

Our software is developed for people that don´t have special knowledge,
just click "START" and everything is backuped/changed/unlocked/repaired by a single CLICK!
- no need for any ROCKET-SCIENCE knowledge...

About the Security:

We have chosen one of the most Secure Smartcards you can buy for Money at this moment
in order to protect our Technology against hackers and thiefs.
So NO WAY that some part of OUR Solution will end up as Free-Software on the internet.
(Don´t know about our competitors, but we do care about it!)


About Credits:

Currently the Smartcard is "loaded" like this:

A1 - 100 credits
A2 - 100 credits

Credit consumption is 1 Credit for every operation(Unlock/Repair/Rebuild)

BECAUSE OF THE LATEST MOVES OF OUR COMPETITORS WE DECIDED TO OFFER THE REFILL/RECHARGE
of the Credits FREE to all our customers until the 30.March.2010.
Every Nero-Key user can login to the Customer Panel and Update the Credits Count for FREE!!!
The new Credits consumption policy after the 30.March 2010 will be according to the actual
Market Conditions.

Final Note:

When we were developing this product we tried to make a perfect solution to make everybody happy.
We choose the most secure Smartcard to protect the Solution to the maximum and we choose to make it
by Credits in order to keep the current prices stable, but still "THEY" didn´t allow any competion.
The BIG Brothers decided to put all free...at least for the moment.

Our intention was never to put this solution free or to make it "cheap-cheap",
but we have to stuck to the Market Conditions and we are and we will react now
and also in future on the moves of the other Teams.
If this means to have stable prices for credits, we appreciate this, if it means to make
all free, then we will not leave OUR customers standing in the rain, we will also move...
