What is De-branding ?
De-branding basically means removing awful
operator firmware, and replacing it with the manufacturers original
firmware. Hence converting your phone to the full spec as it was intended
by the manufacturer. (the way it should be)
How do we debrand phones?
We have the necessary tools and latest mobile
firmware's (software flash files) to enable us to flash the software in your
phone. This deletes and replaces the existing operator's software with the
original and un-restricted, unbranded manufacturers software.
What are the benefits of
De-branding ?
Once your mobile has been de-branded, you will
notice all the menu systems are clearer, un-restricted, and often faster
too. We also use the latest firmware to date, which will hold improvements
on your old firmware. This often removes any software glitches that your
phone previously had. Also some network firmware's prevent you uploading
ringtones & pictures via cable, or manually setting your internet homepage
and web / wap / picture message settings, debranding enables you to do this.

by post is £19.98
(£15.99 + £3.99 return delivery) this
includes cost of returning your phone to you via Special delivery
back to your door !!
Do you offer a language change
service?
Yes, you can use this service to change
the primary language of your phone too. If you require a different
primary language installing on your phone other than English, please enter
the required language when creating your order form below.
How long does this
service take?
Our turn around time for debranding is
normally 2 working days from sending your phone to us, to receiving it back !!!
We normally debrand your phone the day it
arrives to us and then we post it back on the same day too!

How do I use this service?
After making your order below, you will
receive an order form via email, print this out.
If you pay online print out your payment
receipt email too.
If you wish to pay via cash, postal order
or cheque, include this with your order form.
Take out your sim card and memory card and
keep it safe, as this is not needed.
If possible, fully charge the battery and
turn your phone off.
Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along
with your order form and payment.
Send your phone to us at the address below
via special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.

to you via royal mail special delivery. We will also email you
